Trav thanks for posting this evidence but what we are trying to tell you is that even with some of this evidence some VA offices deny the evidence! My claim read like this "we don't deny the claim that it happened just as you said but we deny that it happened." I had a friend whose was worded just exactly the same way! hello! Pat crazy answers from a crazy system of illogic! Of course then you are forced into more years of fighting their gobbldegook of nonsense and trying to write letters of disagreement that they agree you have a valid claim but they are denying it anyway because they are God so to speak! Crazymaking beurocrats! It doesn't matter what your evidence they can't see it because they can't read! :re: :ek:
