The vast majority of MIA's fall into pretty much the same category as Stanley
Olmstead, shot down with Porter Halyburton (returned POW) in 1965.

Everyone with any sense knows he is dead, but his body (in this case, there's nothing
left due to the circumstances) hasn't been recovered.

They're all dead, Donna. I wish they weren't, but they are all dead.
