Description:
(USA) Beau Garcia served with the United States Army in Vietnam from 1969 to 1971. He served as an Army riverboat crewman and .50 caliber machine gunner on Boat YFU-81, with the 329th Transportation Company (HvBt), 5th Transportation Command. He participated in various missions to include ammunition re-supply missions along the Cua Viet River to Dong Ha and down the Perfume River. Interview conducted by Stephen Maxner.
