Notice how the slant of the article is to blame the military finding some excuse for the perpetrator and only a mention by number of those killed but no information on them. Where is the justice? Five innocent people are gone, the lives of their loved ones torn apart and excuses being made for the man that killed them. He's not a victim. The man was broke alright but by his own hand. He was out of the box before he ever stepped into the recruiting office. Hanging would be a waste of good rope. I vote with the Lt and Locksly.
