You just have to think about it. I got a perscription from the VA the other day and the warnings on the bottle were written first in English and then on the bottom they were again written in Spanish. Just exactly what other countries of the world would two languages be expected on any written instructions or warnings on any commercial transactions?
It's my understanding that in Arizona there has to be some criminal or suspicious behavior before any law enforcement or authority ask for identification. With the drugs and the crime that are crossing the Mexican border into America we damn well better protect our border and the people of America and our governments, Federal and State has that responsibility.
Gee!!! I speak some Latvian. Think I'll go to the ACLU and sue somebody for discrimination 'cause they don't put those warnings in Latvian too. Of course, the people that I learned that language from would not speak their native language in their home if there was an American in the house also. Arvid and Mirdza walked away from their homes in Latvia and accross Europe to fighting American troops that brought them to America as Hitler and the communist were ravaging Riga, Latvia, the capital which fell into communist hands until the Soviet Union disolved not that long ago.
