Saddam Hussein a POW
A report came out this afternoon, that the Pentagon Lawyers have determined that Saddam Hussein has been a prisoner of war since he was captured on Dec. 13th..
I made a post here on that fact soon after he was captured.
I now believe they will have to treat him as a POW, and he cannopt be brought to trial by the USA for his actions in Irag.
He will have to be turned over to the Irag's for what ever they like to do with him...
I think this will be the first time in our history that we cannot harm a person like Saddam Hussein, because he is a POW..
Anyone want to make a better comment on this matter?
