Bob Keeshan dies at 76. He joined the Marines in 1945. First TV appearance was in 1948 when he played Clarabell the Clown on the Howdy Doody Show Cpt. Kangaroo premired in 1955 on CBS and ran for 30 years, then ran on public TV for 6 more years. I remember sitting on the floor watching his show on an old black and white TV. Thank you Cpt.
