Question...
...I know "the wall" has the inscriptions of those that were KIA in Vietnam, but ???is there any "panel", or "listed" monument that has the names, and/or state that he/she was from...
...there are 58,000 + that have been immortalized forever, (which they should be), on the wall, however the names, and faces of those missing should be visually displayed with honor also...
...Is there anywhere/anything in Washington DC that has the names of the missing inscripted upon for the general public to see, and honor them???/???, and/or is there anyway to persue such a project...
...I think it be only fitting to those that have missing family members have such a place in American history to which they too can come to, and have a place for grieving, and closure of sorts...
...from WWII, Korea, and Vietnam, the Gulf war, there must be over 10,000 + others that recieve no other distinction other then paper listings in dusty files...
...I don't think it would take a gazillion dollars to do so, and just wanted to throw the idea into the center ring.....
