) had nearly a YEAR before the troops were sent into battle to MAKE SURE they were adequately supplied with "body armour" BEFORE they were ever even SENT to Iraq. Guess they forgot about that little "detail", huh?.........Like a whole lot of other "details" they failed to think about!
