What's the problem? Contented cows give more milk! Besides, hemp is the male plant of cannabis sativa and they'd have to eat an incredible amount of it to have any significant affects of THC. Our Founding Fathers grew hemp! It was a huge source of income for George Washington.
What's really dumb is that you can buy hemp products here in the US but you can't grow it.
