(USA) Al DeMailo served with the United States Army in Vietnam from April 1967 to April 1968 as a Huey gunship pilot with the 1st Cavalry Division. He returned to Vietnam in January 1970 where he again served with 1st Cavalry Division as a Cobra Gunship pilot. He participated in the Tet Offensive, Cambodian Incursion, and Lam Son 719. Interview conducted by Stephen Maxner.
