Having read one of Carlin's books in the past, when I read THE WONDERFUL MESSAGE it did seem like Carlin-on-Valium, or a hair too New Age for his contemporary caustic self.
In any case, there was a lot in it, regardless of author, that rang true and was remindful of things to think about... so, thanks for it.
