But it wasn?t always so, Col. Whilst most of our ancestors were cocooned in the dark ages the Arabic people were the cutting edge and gate keepers of science, medicine and art. Fast forward, one would think that the State that has the most prestigious Engineering school in the US, MIT, couldn?t possibly create a colossal engineering boondoggle and national embarrassment like the ?Big Dig?. But there it is, and yet another rendition of ?the brave new world? and control freaks controlling everything and nothing, to the detriment of all.
