You make a good point, Steve. The Quassam is a bottle rocket without any guidance system at all, zero. More or less a ‘pepper tree’ rocket that hits where it hits and that may have little or nothing to do with where it is ‘aimed’. Alas, a terror weapon of the first order that is easily fabricated from common materials. So, are the Hamas zealots in the US going to let loose a barrage of Quassams on some city or town here as an object lesson? Your question has more merit than meets the eye.
In the tally of it all, Hamas has butchered far more Moslems than Jews, just depends on the selected hate object of the moment. There has to be a hate object or Hamas cannot exist.
