On 3 and 4 July, students from across Europe put their submarines to the test at a competition organized by NATO’s Underwater Research Centre (NURC) in La Spezia, Italy. The fifth Annual Student Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Challenge Europe (SAUC-E) stimulates innovation and technology, and encourages young people to consider careers in underwater technology and related fields.
