Block leave
Just started block leave... the vacation before THE vacation. Can't say exactly where I am going or when I'm leaving - and wouldn't say it if I knew! About all I know is that I'll be spending this Christmas in the same country I spent the last one in... But I do get to spend Thanksgiving in Nebraska!
Last time was a different sorta tour as I deployed as a 'replacement' mid tour and I was only there for the last four months of an Engineer BN deployment at LSA Anaconda near Balad, Iraq.
This time I get the whole thing - instead of being the 'new guy' I'm the crusty one of the bunch!
Anyway - thanks PF for being part of the voice of reason back on the homefront and your help supporting me!
