Yea, except in today's touchy, PC driven world, he might get jail time after a trial.
I agree, recall his ass and send him to a court martial, but he'll squeal and they'll give him life, if guilty.
In retrospect, if just one of the high profile spy cases in the last twenty years or so had resulted in a death penalty that was carried out, maybe that would deter some these recent cases ?
How about the Walker spy ring ? There's a case for death by firing squad.
