Another side to Oct. 31st. When moved to Las Vegas in 1977, I discovered that Oct. 31st was a state holiday. My thought pattern was, "Wow, what a state that is so into hollween, that it made the 31st a holiday". My fellow teachers played for a couple of weeks before they told me it was Nevada's Admission Day. Keep in mind, I am an ex-jughead.
