****__Need help sharing maps with Korean War Veterans!__****

In adding to first post in this post-thread.....

Sir's!

Have for a long time now, been working on a rather large "map-project", gathering "info-sources" for maps. It begun with maps of mainly 1:50K and 1:250K-scale maps, of SEA. But as time passed, I have also begun to work with same for other areas aswell. The Korean peninsula is 1 other area, which are now having 1:250K-scale maps available, via University of Texas Lib in Dallas TX. (Though the JOG-charts of "omnimap" are ones I prefere of those such). I am in addition to the Korean peninsula, also gathering the same for Afghanistan aswell as Iraq. But this is yet only in its early stage, as far as progress is concerned. Have a little only so far...

In addition to the actual maps, I am also trying to gather "info-sources" for more specific detailed locations, such as "LZ's", "FSB's" and "TACAN's" in Viet Nam, Laos and Cambodia, aswell as callsign-lists of them and air-sorties working with "TACAN's" in especially Laos, and also "FO's" on the ground in Viet Nam. This is however a gigantic task and it will take me more time to complete This task, than I currently can estimate even approximatly. But I am "working on it"....

What I now wish to ask You, is if you could help me to share the following "info-sources", with as many Korean War Veterans as you can. Perhaps you meet 1 or a few Korean War Veterans, at for example the VA? If so, please help me to share the following with him/them?

Mapcharts of JOG maps 1:250K-scale -list + NEA (ComChi - Korea) single image map (Very large in size):

(Note by A.B: Some 1:250K-scale maps of Northern and North-Western parts of North Korea, are Not in the "/korea/"-subpage! To access Those few maps, instead see the "/manchuria/"-subpage. This is, since the major part of the territory in Those specific maps, are of Manchuria/ComChi, and not of Korea. End note by A.B).

Take Good Care!

Sincerely
A.B
