Eleven (11) American Heroes and Vets Without Families, Riverside, CA. 13 Apr 2011
On Wednesday, 13 Apr 2011, eleven (11) American Heroes and Veterans without families will be brought to Riverside National Cemetery for burial.
Four (4) will be transported to Riverside from the Los Angeles County Coroner while six (6) others will also come from Los Angeles County and will be transported by Dignity Rose Hills Mortuary. One (1) cremains left at RNC will also be honored.

Theophas Vincent, age 82, U.S. Army, WW II
Roy P. Abel, age 81, U.S. Army,
Allan S. Lundbert, age 77, U.S. Navy, Korea
Lawrence J. Hoff, age 85, U.S. Navy, WW II
James Marshall, age 80, U.S. Army, Korea
Eric S. Engstrom, age 68, U.S. Army Viet Nam
(Coroner)
Warren C. Meacham, age 89, U.S. Army, WW II
Harris N.Pespenj, age 55, U.S. Air Force, Cold War
Calvin R. Turner, age 61, U.S. Army, Viet Nam
Howard G. Riach, age 83, Info not available at this time (honorably served)

Jack R. Turner, age 84, U.S. Army, WW II
The PGR will be there for these veterans and will hold a service with full Military Honors at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA 92518.
Those who wish to escort from Rose Hills Mortuary, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whitter, CA 90601, gather at the mortuary office for a 1000 hrs departure for RNC.

0900 hrs Military Honors rendered
1030 hrs Final Salute for Coroner Vets
1130 hrs Final Salute for Rose Hills Vets
May the souls of these vets rest in honored peace beneath the green sod of a Nation they helped to defend and keep free.
They are not alone.
