Description:
(USAF) Anthony G. Borra, originally from Queens, New York City, New York, served in the U.S. Air Force from 1962 until 1970. He spent 22 months in Southeast Asia as a C-130 pilot with the 772nd Tactical Airlift Squadron based in the Philippines (at both Mac Tan and Clark AFB). In country, Tony was based out of Saigon and Cam Ranh Bay with the 463rd Tactical Airlift Wing and flew over 1000 combat sortie hours including missions into the A Shau Valley and Khe Sanh during the 1968 Tet Offensive.
