Looks like Bush is just attempting to find a sucker to lay the blame of all his, Cheneys', and Rumsfelds phuck-ups on!
They've changed the 'name' of this 'new' postion THREE TIMES ( WAR CZAR---EXCECUTION MANAGER---IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER) and still NO TAKERS!----FIVE (5), count-em ---- FIVE former Generals have turned them down so far with more coming!
It looks like Bushie baby is sick & tired of being the "decider", huh?
