Expensive Fleet Week Liberty
Remembering way-back-when getting paid much less and once a month, got me wondering.
Just how well are mostly low rank sea going types fairing on shore in the one of the most expensive of cities on earth or NYC (?),...since this is the end of the month.
In my day most all of my buddies were pretty-much broke at end of month, and either had to learn rolling their own cigarettes or how to nicely grub well for: "Tailor Mades" before Payday.
Are paydays still once a month?
Also,...are there still sharks loaning out $10 for $15?
Anybody here know if such things have changed very much (pay amounts excluded) in 2012?
