A statement from the office of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi said the missions have resumed in an attempt to maximize progress against the regrouping jihadists ahead of a new U.S.-Iraqi agreement that could lead to a significant reduction of the U.S.-led coalition's troops.
