I'm right tho. He was over here twice, he could put
a ' Stop Work Order ' on the house. Then you can't
paint a wall. He didn't. ( he can't as I'm my Contractor.)
If a Contractor say, has no Insurance then he can Stop Work.
The letter states no Laws, Parts or permit costs.

As an Inspector he needs a Judge to sign a Warrant and
have a Cop with him. ( The guy who did my roof is a
Cop) He actually walked into my Home ! He must

you need no Permit. I have the Laws. They are only
in one book from 1947 only they have been watered
down quite a bit since. It was developed by the USGov.

I did not build, just replaced. That all falls under the
Grandfather Laws. If it WAS there, you can replace it.
No Permit required. If I build then I must bring the
entire Dwelling up to code and need a permit.
Fact is it soon will meet all Codes. I'm taking that
chance due to the Casino will move close to this
place. I'd move to Lewiston if I had my druthers.
The State takes 25% of Slots, no knows what the
City is to get. Parking Tickets are in $65,000 range
per quarter. They went way down as the Seneca's
are building Parking Ramps. They need no permits as
they are a Sovereign Nation. The City tried parking
meters, I had Gin Mills begging to buy pipe cutters.
That sure killed that theory. No parking meters.

What's going on is the City is broke and pulling a shot
for one time revenues to make the Budget look good.
This Mayor lost by 2/3 of all Votes because of
crap like this.
