Of the listing where million$ and tens of million$ are diverted from Future Projects and instead diverted to complete America's PRESENTLY & DESPERATELY needed southern wall,...is there also a listing of the Hundred of million$ no doubt left untouched and remaining for each of the very same Future Projects???
In fairness, it would be nice if the U.S.Taxpayer/voter was informed about that also.
