Maybe if we had more gutsy input here (like once was), some might know how many HUNDREDS of MILLION$ WERE LEFT for the Future Programs where the million$ and tens of million$ were gleaned from, for that Safety & Security NOW NEEDED for ALL Americans wall.
Still, why so many once outspoken veterans now concertedly remain silent,...is truly strange.
