Click on a "Top" graphic on the bottom of the page. When it loads, rate the site a 10, close page.
Repeat for each other "Top" graphic("Top 100 Military Sites" "Marine Corps Top 10" & "Military Top 100") for a total of 3 graphics, 3 votes.
