I read the other day (can't find the Internet link, sorry) that two Muslim women wearing full burkhas tried to board a plane at Heathrow Airport in London. They refused to go through the body scanner claiming the modesty of their religion. They were told that they would therefore have to be patted down. One of the suddenly claimed an illness and rushed out of the airport. The other said 'no' to both options and was told that she would not be allowed to board the plane unless she submitted to one. She, too, left.
Sounds kinda suspicious to me.
