As a Dem, I'm still waiting to hear Kerry's outline of how he plans to run the war. Even Bush's flailing in the quagmire, make it up as you go, is better than no plan at all. Right now, all I hear is what a bad job Bush is doing, but nothing what he'll do different. He needs to start puting his plans out here to the voters. If it's just "I'm bringing the troops home as soon as I get in office," I'm voting for Bush.
