Alison Sweeney -- host of the NBC series “The Biggest Loser,” author of “The Mommy Diet” and Samantha Brady on “The Days of Our Lives” -- will serve as honorary starter and participant of the Marine Corps Historic Half marathon on May 20 in Fredericksburg.
