ONLY country who did more (by gdp) is North Korea 23%. (then oman 11%, quatar, saudi arabia, iraq (1 b), jordan, isreal, yemen, armenia & other countrys whit more complicated names. world average is 2% ). Is that also a sing that they did prepare ?
