...just like Roscoe, bOOger will position himself along side anyone in an attempt to make him look proficient, but the fact is that the Indiniapolilis police dept, the fine men, and women that they are felt sorry for bOoger, and let him retire with dignity after a number of years, and a number of, let's just say, mishaps, and being that most on the mtn just feel sorry for him with his issues, we won't go into that here on the open airways, let's just say the state is saving a whole lot of money in group counseling now that he is "refired",...
