Store manager charged with arson in blaze that killed two firefighters

Anthony Shaw, manager of the Family Dollar store in Frayser where two firefighters died Sunday battling a fire, was charged in federal court today with arson resulting in death or injury.
Law enforcement authorities allege Shaw set the fire to cover his theft of money from a company safe.
