Warnings about too many people gathering together are apparently not always being heeded within today’s society, as became more than apparent during a needed trip down to the flat lands for grub yesterday? As a matter of fact, and with little or no consideration for the health or well-being of their fellow citizens, great masses of people were still rushing in and out of markets etc., booze or burgers tucked neatly under their armpits, grinning from ear to ear, and complacently oblivious to the other (innocent) individuals that they were brushing up against in the process!?
“SO MUCH FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING??”
For any plan of action to be effective, it must first be adhered to by everyone and not just the compassionate and caring few! And in the event that we have all but forgotten, “The Black Plague (Black Death)” that ravished Europe and Asia, back during “The Fourteenth Century”, also proliferated because people back then also thought so little about hygiene and distancing, among other things!! “And this planet can ill-afford yet another instant replay of those fatal mistakes of so long ago!”
