The trouble with the system is, you can't tell if the system worked.
The terrorist arn't going to tell you that they were planing an attack but didn't because the condition went to orange and now more people are looking at what everyone does. And not only thatbut, most terrorist have a plane B.
This system reminds me of the , Drop and Cover, system in place in the 50s and 60s for a nuclear attack. It's just something for the public to do.
Drop and Cover is not going to save anyone from an attack and neather is going to condition Orange.
If our government wants to do something that will help. Close our borders and kick out all Non-Americans. But that wont happen.
