So here we go again – yet another one of those seemingly never-ending years is fast drawing to an abrupt and tumultuous end! “And yet, and like all of those other years that have come and gone before it, most of us are still making promises that will quickly fall along the wayside and this almost before the last words exit our ever quivering mouths?”

And Politics As Well are a splendid example of this analogy, with but a single exception? It being that many politicians have little (or no) actual intention of ever keeping a promise to begin with? “And Hell”, even the hallowed halls of a few of our own religious communities have been rife of late with untruth or at the very least, constant re-interpretation - And More Is The Shame! For there are some aspects of life where truth should (and must) be a given – “Should They Not?”

So and after all is said and done, just what does that leave for us to look forward to in this next rolling year – yet another 365 days of fooling ourselves on a near-daily basis perhaps?

Or will we finally, after countless exhausted eons, eventually make an honest attempt at enacting progressive changes where change is needed, meaningful corrections where they are called for and critical improvements where they are absolutely imperative?

So once again – “Tempus Fugit & Happy New Year Y’all!!”
