Your math is a little off
You said you work 91 days a year, 30 min a day for coffee break is a little less than 2 days not 23.
Then 1 hour lunch is 91 hours or 3 and 2/3 days not 46.
Now 21 days off is what your totals were so
91 minis lets say 6 days is 85 and then minis the 21 days off is 64 days you work,
Plenty of time to take anoyher day off, Go ahead.
