I have to comment to the Dragon Lady. Be carefull how you stereotype "typical NYer." I spent '82 to '86 in Manhatten (USCG Governors Island) and don't miss it a bit. I am from upstate NY and there is a huge difference in attitude. The phrase "Citiot" is used in needed cases to describe NYC people. I agree with the attitude...Don't get over it...do something about it! Looking at what is going on today, how do you get over being suckerpunched?!
