Default MORTARDUDE...

There will always be that problem, as long as lawmakers, just like news people keep using politically conjured-up, people-pacifying and INCORRECT ENGLISH. There is no such thing as an: "Illegal Immigrant".

In America, one is either A Citizen, an Immigrant (here with a visa by quota and wishing to become a citizen), a Visitor ( one with visa and passport), or A CRIMINALLY ILLEGAL ALIEN (one un-documented and having snuck into the country.

Still, and in fairness, one must admit that falsely calling CRIMINALLY ILLEGAL ALIENS erroneously as Illegal Immigrants,...does sort-of keep The American Public from being thoroughly-bent-out-of-shape with their politicos and/or lawmakers, and rightfully so especially during warfare.

Maybe this weird terminology might get straightened-out after our next: "9/11"? Hey,...who knows?
