We are rooting for the San Jose Sharks here. My son has been a fan for 10 years or more The Red Wings look tough. It should be a good championship game....
I went today and applied for unemployment compensation ( I know.. I know.. LOL ).. I had already filed on line..so they have a special "line" for veterans, and I got to bypass 20 other folks that were waiting. The fellow that interviewed me was a disabled navy vet, about my age. He said I was good to go and I was out in a few minutes...I left with a good feeling about being a veteran again.
I got my butt to the doctor without an appt. and they took me and I got my usual sinus-cocktail-shot, zpak ( antibiotics) and other sample drugs and was out in about 20 mins..then went to Walgreens and got my prescription filled in 3 mins..came home and took a nap..feel a lot better.. my chest has stopped hurting and am not coughing as much...the windchill tonite here will be near freezing...is it really April 12th ???
