Bad year for Georgia hunters

That feeder in the background is what draws the hunters. The deer fill it with ice cold Bud that drop out every 15 min. Some of the deer say it ain't even hunting but it keeps their freezers full :re:

One of my brother-in-laws lives about 50 or so miles southwest of Macon, GA in a little town by the name of "Butler, Ga"------in the county that some call the "deer Capital of Jawga!"

Three years ago he was sitting in his deer stand for about 8 hours (he got there at 6:00 AM) and it started raining pretty hard so he decided to head home. About a mile or so down the road he hit an 11 point buck that dressed out about 200 lbs.! Completely destroyed his 1998 Ford 150 pickup in that wreck! After having his wife (my wifes sister) pick him up from the impound yard where they towed his truck about two hours later..........they were on their way home in their brand new 2000 Buick LeSabre when he hit ANOTHER deer (an 8 point buck that weighed in around 250 lbs.!) and tore THAT car all to hell! Neither of them were hurt to bad....some bruises and scratches.....but he had more deer meat that year than any other year he EVER got while hunting!

Deer and vehicles don't mix. All the time I have been deer hunting I only hit one deer.
People, when you drive county roads at night watch the sides of the roads for two red lights, Thats the deer eyes looking at your lights and its about to run in front of you. Hitting a deer is about like hitting a tree to your car.
