Cool Any OLD War Horses out there?

Well guys Keith and I were talking and wondering how to get motivated to work out and loose a few pounds. Well here's our Plan we both like the mountians and camping and fishing so we plan to hike the Olympics of washington state sometime next summer. I'am starting to walk each day and eat more veggies. As for me I hope to be able to hike 10 miles a day with a 50 lb pack in the mountians. I don't want you old War Horse's laughing at that. because you used to do 25 miles in a day with full gear. Remember this is thirty five years later. so we have gone a little soft. Is anyone else besides Doc fred interested in a little hike?

Ken, a sedan chair is much more comfortable. And they come with young nubiles to fan you.

Default Flashback here

Ten miles, Fifty lbs. back-pack? The DI is behind me threatening me with his entrenching tool and he means it.
RSVN? Take the BP to the jeep. Cautiously drive ten miles with nothing less than 200 rounds in a can already in clips and my 14 with a clip in it. Turn the key and go. Only slow down when necessary to avoid hitting somebody with round eyes.
Ten miles, RSVN, Fifty lb. back pack, mountains? What the hell did they make H-13's & Huey's for? Make sure that there's a M-60 with several belts on it and don't forget your 14.
Fifty-five years old? You gotta be dinky-dow GI!
