...I had a "short get together" with my "elected member of state" , and for the record, I'm much better in most ways then I was a week before 9/11, but ,...

...(see archives, Vietnam pg 33),....

...... now two years later, I misplaced my letter from the chief of Police from Natchitoches La. in regards to the shooting incident I was involved with, and being that the Chief has retired, and I was unable to obtain one from down south, I opted to call, and ask my "elected officaL" over the phone a few days back, and the Secretary that took the call was more then happy to send me one,...

...so in todays mail, I receive a packet with a little more then I expected,...

......now the mailing came in an "official" US House of Rep" envelop that was marked "public document", /, offical buisness, and what "I guess" makes me smile is, is states what my ""elected offical really thinks/thought of me,...

...On US H o R stationary,...

...RE: MRM request for XXXXXXX XXXXX
...Date 20 Sept 2001

........Attached is the backround on the correspondence between MRM, and XXXXXXX GGGGG-- in cronological order newest to oldest
....Basically the story goes like this: MRM ran into Mr. GGGGG at the Menands Labor Day Picnic. Mr. GGGGG claims that MRM insulted him by alleging that Mr. GGGGG was drunk. MRM did not of course, but MRM did say he might have remarked on something that Mr. GGGGG took out of context.
... GGGGG' wife, VVVVV also sent a letter. MRM replied back to Mr. GGGGG . Mr. GGGGG responded back that he will not meet MRM at the Troy office. The last correspondence from Mr. GGGGG was in reply to MRM letter to VVVVV. He's willing to let MRM forward his concerns, and complaints to the Va.

...As you can see from the quick letter I drafted to respond to Mr. GGGGG , MRM feels that asking him to write a letter so we can forward ( the procedure we require, as you know) is what set him off to begin within his dealings with the Albany office. MRM believes that Mr. GGGGG probably suffering from some sort of service- related ailment and that he's not all together.

...In light of that, MRM would like you to call Mr. GGGGG and find out what is his problem. then, if necessary, our office can draft a letter from Mr. GGGG to MRM and see if we can get Mr. GGGGG to come in to sign it. Then it can be forwarded to the Va. The problem w/ calling him, as MRM knows, is that the GGGGG' phone number is unlisted, and unpublished. Sully had to get it through a friend of his at Verizon. So Mr. GGGGG may ask you how you got his number-- but MRM thought you'd know what to say.
...If you have any questions, call me, and I'll try to answer them for you.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

....It's nice to know what they think of you,...

...I don't believe they meant to include their "cover sheet" on me, but and I'm not sure which way to take it, but it doesn't bother me as much now I guess,...

...all I wanted in the first place was for a veteran to be able to make an appointment with out first drafting an "outline letter" in the first place, and here they are going to draft a letter for me to just get into his office...

...I do consider "it " to be a little slanderous saying "he's not all together" on a public document,...

...life moving on............

Don't worry too much until you start saying things like "I can do that. They'll just put me back in the hospital for a couple of years"
