Default All us children have to have a recall

Well it looks like idiot see idiot do time. There are big rumblings coming out of Las Vegas about recalling Nevada Guv Gwinn. This has a bit of a twist to it though. It is the Republicans hot on the trail of a Republican Guv. It seems as the Guv is alleged to be a Liberal in Conservative camo and that has got a bunch of folks really steamed, big time. It?s alleged that the Guv really trashed out the budget and now we are looking at a deficit that, on a per resident basis, is larger than California?s. So the proposed resolution to the deficit problem is to tax the snot out of the tourist industry and residential property owners. This is not a popular notion at all, especially in the more conservative North. Nevada does not have any recall provisions so maybe we?ll just have to skin and hang the Guv, who knows. No small wonder Mark Twain though this to be such a curious place and hung out so long. And if the taxation deal goes through, our largest tourist base; California, will have to pay for Sacramento?s foolishness and when they come over to kick back for a few days, they get to pay for Carson City?s foolishness. Poor folks just can?t win for loosing.

Does Nevada have an impeachment provision someone might try to use?

Default You know what there Scamp

my friend. I've been debating all day whether or not to let this go or not---I figured---what the hell---since you were sooooooooooo adamant in YOUR "post" to me about "insults" and "having their head up their political ass" and such---I just HAD to let YOU know how full of SHIT YOU ARE!

Just WHO in the hell do YOU thiink YOU are with your little "version" of "EBONICS" in your opening line to this post.----

"All us churren gots to have a recall"

If I were a person of ethnic orgin other than what I am----I would be so godamn appalled at your apparent lack of "respect" I'd say something like you did, and I quote YOU my friend! "So you be goddamn careful who you choose to insult Gimpy and why you choose to do so." ????? But--it's OK for YOU, huh?? Why, because of your "conservative" nature??

Or this, and I quote YOU again, "But that?s not the Liberal way as a proper prof is supposed to be an arrogant aloof asshole that looks at students as the unwashed masses, talks down to them and pretends to be an oracle of all known things, etc. I refused to be that way, refused to compromise a student?s sexuality, political or religious beliefs " How convenient, you failed to MENTION their ethnicity or racial origin, huh?? You think that "opening" of YOURs wasn't "talking DOWN to someone"???

And, here's the BEST one, and I quote YOU again, "
What I learned form Liberal academia is that the word ?respect ? was edited from their personal behavior dictionary ages ago and anyone who doesn?t comply with his or her disrespectful life-style is a ?ditto head?. "---Well then, it appears YOUR "respectful" opening to this post leaves you in a difficult position to qualify as "respectful", huh?? What a surprise!

I?m glad you reinforced my convictions Scamp; you?re real good at that ya know. Maybe you and SuperShouter should learn to know a person before ya get about insulting them. But then that?s the conservative way isn?t it; open mouth, insert foot, externalize all your fuck-ups and expect someone else to pay the bill.

Does that sound "familar"---Lordy Mercy, I suppose it does---HUH?

It?s called humor Gimpy. And if you find a racial slur in that, that?s your issue, not mine. Correct me if I?m wrong, but it is you who insulted me, not the other way around. I?m smart enough not to make any generalizations about the human condition or hurl insults into the abyss and watch what happens. And by the way, I see you get into your southern pone language all the time and who do you think that insults buba? Oh I forgot, were all equal but you Liberals are more equal than others so shut my mouth.

Default Humor my country boy ass!

According to YOU maybe! I guess it's in the "eye" of the beholder, huh? If I were a person of dark color (black, brown, etc) I would take serious exception to YOUR version of "humor" here.

And as for my "poan" talking as you put it. I AM a "bubba" from down south and DO talk like that a good deal of the time---so IF I want to write in that method I'm making fun of MYSELF---not someone of a different race, creed or color! Unlike you and some other folks around here!

So don't come preachin your damn 'double-speak' around here when you tryin to "cover YOUR tracks"---just MORE of the "one-sided" view" of a so-called compassionate conservative---huh??

No, I?ll not go there mister. Enough of your cheep shot insults. You don?t want to address that issue but choose to make a big deal out of an ill chosen word I used. I meant no harm and if I insulted anyone, I sincerely apologize. I?m out of here. I can do quite nicely without people like you and your rude cheep shot insults.
Break away, hard to port, all ahead 2/3, make turns for 25 knots.

Unhappy

The best thing a man or a woman can find in this world is an honest friend and Scamp has been that to many of us. He is not even capable of doublespeak. His heart is just to straight forward and honest. There are few people in this worldthat I trust to say what they mean and mean what they say butScamp is one of them. If he says it was humor it was humor. It saddens my heart greatly to read such words about him......Sis

It's okay the vernacular Scamp used... it's fine, even them folks use it with themselves... onliest the NAACP and Black Muslims keeps a private language, my brother.

Our problems exceed language.
