![]() ![]() Weren't we supposed to be receiving a special and very revealing important report from an inspector about all the proof and details on WMD in Iraq, this month? Well, there are still nine days remaining, plenty of time. "Right now, Iraq is expanding and improving facilities that were used for the production of biological weapons." G.W. Bush, September 12, 2002 "And as I said on my program, if, if the Americans go in and overthrow Saddam Hussein and it's clear he had nothing, I will apologize to the nation, and I will not trust the Bush administration again." Bill O'Reilly March 18, 2003 ![]() |

![]() Griz -
Yeah, I have been wondering what Saddam was doing during the build-up too! It would seem, though, if he put his WMD in France, then we'd for SURE know right where they are, right? Maybe that guy (I think he was a former UN weapons inspector, wasn't he?) who was supposed to give us the report will know, soon. He must have at his beck and call just about every conceivable intelligence asset known to human kind, not to mention the back up of some mighty fine ground troops and fly guys. |

![]() My point here is not whether the evil stuff exists,or where exactly it was hidden. It`s how much the UN,etal are enjoying rubbing egg into President Bush`s face...

![]() Found this oddity in a July issue of TIME magazine, on their quotable quotes page:
"The weapons you are looking for are currently unavailable. The country might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your weapons inspectors mandate." (www.google.com, satirical alert to users of the search engine who type in the words "weapons of mass destruction" and then click on the box labeled "I'm feeling lucky") I regard that as a pretty snide satire myself... I do not think any of us yet knows what happened to those stockpiles, and it's a hair too soon to get all snotty about where they aren't and what might happen with them in the future.... which is why getting that promised report is so important, and not just to exonerate our president. A few more days left, hope the report arrives. |
