I can't friggen believe we (USA) are going to send National Guard Troops to Puerto Rico! The murder rate is sky high there, and have they used the N/G in Washington D.C.? Why not it's murder capital USA?
They don't want Statehood, but they intend to suck on the tit of the USA untill it runs dry.
