![]() I just read an article where Prince Charles of England bemoaned people who attempt to rise above their (so-called) social station! The Prince, according to the piece that I read, stated that some high musketry-mucks feel that today?s schooling is to blame for putting ideas into the heads of the lower classes that any boy (or girl) can grow up to be kings, presidents, or even historically significant!? In other words, the pampered prince feels that (in my opinion) ?What You Were Born, Is All That You Will Ever Be" - TALK ABOUT YOUR POMPOSITY!! ?And we call this guy a friend!?? Charlie, in the event that you are unaware of it, it was just this attitude that prompted our Founding Fathers to kick your arrogant asses back across the Atlantic to begin with! We have no need here in America for kings or their lordly attitudes, be it by an accident of birth! ?This is America Chuckie, get use to it!!? VERITAS

![]() Can't argue with or go against a word you wrote reagarding: "POMPOSITY". Still, and as normally compared to America's Ruling Elite,...you must admit that old; "Chuckie" is at least much more honest about things than America's similarly rich and ALL POWERFUL (ie. politicians even dictate generals) rulers and/or political lords and masters.
Also, don't think any royalty figureheads nowadays would have the gall to promise their people: "The Moon" (as is normal during America's Presidential and Congressional campaigning), and then turn around and/or do TOTAL 180s,...and then just do as "They" and Party damn-well-please. Adding royal insult to royal injury,...here in America such: "TOTAL 180s" are normally quite deceptively and cavalierly referred as being: "The Will of The People" by many U.S. Senators and Congressmen,...even when about 90% (or better?) despise such being dictated. Hell,...don't believe that Prince Charles would have the balls to act as cavalierly and lordly, as do many in The U.S. Congress pretending to selflessly represent their constituancies. I honestly believe that if The Brits had won way-back-when,..."They" wouldn't have been so-damn-generous to themselves, foreigners and others with MY/YOUR/OUR TAX MONIES & F.I.C.A. CONTRIBUTIONS,...AND ESPECIALLY IN NEW JERSEY. In general, I don't think that British Lords were/are usually as greedy and deceptive a lot,...as are our American Lords normally are? Well, that's my opinion anyway. What do you think, Rick? Think I'm not politically venerating or politically-correct enough of America's born with silver spoon in mouth crowd and/or ruling elite? Besides, the only place in America where a basically poor nobody can: "Be All You Can Be" (if staying lucky and healthy long enough),...is The U.S. Military. After retiring from such as a wealthy general and mingling with the wealthy career ruling elite,...THEN The Sky truly is The Limit. In that context or of self-made millionaires can it be actually be said that: "Poor boy makes good" in politics in America. In America, unfortunately politics not racing is actually: "The Sport of Kings". Neil |
