Default Iraqi Freedom

I have a few issues or maybe there questions about Iraqi Freedom. The first is does the United States have a plan to win in Iraq. Two does the United have a statergy for withdrawl of American Forces, and hopefully this will be done after the defeat of Insurgents. Three when the Iraqis voted to have a new constitution wasn't that one of the goals that was set to start a withdrawl. Or will the United States do another cut and run because some people don't like the way the war is going. I totally support our troops, and pray each night that God will watch over them and protect them. It' just that I would like to know what the stratergey is to win, and how the United States plans on withdrawing it's troops. Hasn't the Iraqi Army been trained well enough to defend there country yet? These are just a few of the issues or questions I have about the way our governement (politicans) are again sticking their noses in the business of war.
