![]() Sen. John Kerry was sharply critical of the Bush administration's handling of the war on terror during his appearance Sunday on ABC's "This Week." But while he complained about White House bungling of the North Korea nuclear crisis, Kerry was curiously silent on Iran. Why?
Probably because, had Kerry's previous advice on Iran been taken, the mullahs in Tehran would be even closer to obtaining nuclear weapons than they are now. During his first debate against President Bush on Sept. 30, 2004, the Massachusetts Democrat actually said it would be a good idea for the U.S. to give Iran the fuel they needed to make a nuclear bomb. The question from moderator Jim Lehrer: "Do you believe that diplomacy and sanctions can resolve the nuclear problems with North Korea and Iran?" Kerry's answer: "With respect to Iran, the British, French, and Germans were the ones who initiated an effort without the United States, regrettably, to begin to try to move to curb the nuclear possibilities in Iran. I believe we could have done better." The top Democrat then urged: "I think the United States should have offered the opportunity to provide the nuclear fuel. Test them. See whether or not they were actually looking for it for peaceful purposes. If they weren't willing to work a deal, then we could have put sanctions together." [In the meantime, if they did in fact develop a nuke weapon with the assistance we gave them, what would have been his response to that new crisis?] Of course, with Iranian President Mahmoud Amhadinejad now threatening to "wipe Israel off the map" as he presses ahead with his country's nuclear program, it's clear Kerry's nuke fuel "test" would have been a staggering blunder. We can only shudder to contemplate how a Kerry presidency would have handled any crisis, with this "let's give the bad guys really bad toys, and see if they behave themselves" mentality.

![]() When Amhadinrjad gets to feeling frisky and believing the BS their super-max Ayatollah is putting down, the rocket sent to Israel will have an airframe, engine and guidance/control package made in North Korea and identical to the rocketry package Pakistan has had for over a decade.
Just change the name, paint and deco items and it?s the same killer stuff. And I believe it was none other than Bill Clinton that gave the PRC the rocket guidance and control technology and of course they would never share all that with Kim Jung Il, silly me, of course not. I as well don?t see Israel waiting until Haifa and Tel Aviv are tick-ticking rad hot black smudges to serve up pre-dated retaliation. Iran is spoiling for a face-off and show down and they will probably get more than they are counting on, a lot more. But our main man TJ isn?t into the history of things, he just does short arms plinking to see if he can get something to ?resonate?, I reckon. Is it any small wonder TJ had John Edwards rolling his eyes, forehead slapping and heading for the Maalox bottle, yikes. The Hillary-billary camp just has to love TJ and his wondrous pronouncements and antics-it's like free money in the bank and fresh ammo in the bunker, boy howdy. Scamp

![]() No doubt just another: "Bush-basher" changing
his previous words to better meet current needs,... I still don't understand why Kerry blames Bush and Administration for the: "Bungling of The North Korea nuclear crisis"? Hell, President Bush only inherited it. Whereas Clinton and previous Administration pretty-much helped cause The North Korea Nuclear Crisis,...and stupidly and digustingly AT GREAT EXPENSE to The American Taxpayer, to-boot. Guess old Kerry suffers some pretty-selective memory losses,...as so many Democrat gods so often, normally and quite purposefully do? Neil |

![]() What's even more fascinating, from a "let's sit around and watch them step on their tongues department" is hearing The Poster Child for Coyote Ugly now making boo-boo lip noises about how the US has dilly-dallied around, letting the EU try to negotiate with Iran, muttering something about hw we have "outsourced" our foreign policy matters. Why, wasn't it just a few months ago when the same whiners were complaining about how the US didn't allow the UN to solve all the problems of Iraq?
Ahhh, inconsistency and hypocrisy, thy middle name is Democrat.

![]() Try as they might and wish as they will otherwise, Europe; East and West, is land-locked to Iran and in terms of tick-ticking rads, is jet stream locked as well. They are THE major player in the situation and not some silly-ass spectator pulled on to the playing field. Iran launches nukes and guess who is going to be tick-ticking within a day or so and rad hot, big time. Within the EU there is lots of bravado talk about displacing the US as the dominate global force, yadda-yadda. Plus they have tons of gripes about the US taking the lead on situations and not them. Well, they are up to bat with Iran and have been so from the get-go.
The US is the back-up second stringer and has been from the get-go but as we see, the supposed power house EU is sweating bullets, whining and externalizing. You bet, if things get real ugly, which is highly likely, the EU will be looking for a scrape goat again, off the hook and presenting the usual micro noodle pecker tisk-tisk trip whilst getting a green glow about them selves. I think TJ needs an update as to what?s been going on for over two decades and then get real with his stale guacamole and rancid clam rhetoric. A positive sign though, Pres. Jacques of France now talks about nuking some terrorist butt if France gets a WMD hit and no doubt exactly which terrorist butt he?s talking about. At the same time the Iranian inside power circle has come to the realization that a certifiable madman-nutcase is at the helm and strong rumor has it that they have tried to kill him once already, but only poofed his body guards and driver. Better luck next time, eh. When Iranian religious extremists reckon their Pres. is way out there in the Islamic lunatic fringe somewhere, we could reckon that as a sign that there may be a different butt warming the Tehran big chair soon enough. Let?s hope so. Scamp
